Spiral – an ancient symbol of life, endless movement, and the transformation of energy. The spiral is among humanity's oldest symbols. It represents constant movement, development, and change, where energy spirals inward toward the center and outward from it—much like our life, consciousness, and the universe.
SYMBOLISM AND MEANING
- endless movement and development
- the cyclical nature of life and change
- the flow and transformation of energy
- the connection between the microcosm and the macrocosm
- a state of consciousness, ecstasy, and insight
- life (serpent) force
The spiral is a path – from the beginning to the center… and back.
SPIRITUAL MEANING
The spiral symbolizes:
- growth and personal transformation
- connection with the universe and natural laws
- development of consciousness and intuition
- infinity and return to oneself
- it reminds us of the principle: “As above, so below.“
THE ENERGY OF THE SPIRAL
The spiral is perceived as a powerful energetic tool:
- harmonizes and calms energy
- helps with meditation and concentration
- supports regeneration and healing
- adjusts the energy of water and food
- influences plant growth
the energy of the spiral is not visible, but its effects are perceptible
SPIRAL DIRECTION – THE KEY TO USE
CLOCKWISE SPIRAL - corresponds to processes on Earth.
Clock hands turn to the right, all climbing plants grow to the right.
- In magical practice, we use a clockwise spiral when we want our wish to become reality.
- The spiral strengthens imagination and supports us in achieving our goals.
- If we meditate on it, we imagine our wish as vividly as possible and “place” it into the spiral. The wish must concern something we want to achieve, so it should be an acquisitive wish. Rituals are performed during the waxing phase of the Moon and at the full moon.
Through meditations on the clockwise spiral, we can rejuvenate and regenerate. Popular DNA also has the shape of a right-handed helix.
LEFT-HANDED SPIRAL - forms the opposite of the right-handed spiral and disperses energy into the space.
We can realize its effect through the example of an Old Babylonian city that was considered indestructible, but its walls collapsed like a child’s building set when enemy troops stormed the city and moved continuously in a counterclockwise direction.
From the perspective of strengthening defense, the spiral staircases in castle towers were also built so that defenders, when fighting, would descend to the left against the enemy.
- We use a counterclockwise spiral in rituals when we want to get rid of something. Such rituals are best performed during the waning phase of the Moon or at the New Moon.
- Using spirals, we can get rid of negative energy and heal illnesses.
- It does not matter whether we use a drawn spiral or one made, for example, of metal.
- We can also apply the spiral to the affected area.
- Just as the spiral can rid us of illnesses, it will also protect us from an unpleasant person so that they cannot harm us. It is important to have a strong will, the ability to visualize, and to know the exact course of the spell.
USE
We have an interesting tip for you:
- If you place the spiral under your pillow before going to sleep with the left-turning side facing up (toward you), you can look forward to a good night's sleep
- If you use it the other way around, you can peacefully read until morning, as the spiral under your pillow will energize you and you will not fall asleep
In this way, the effect of the spiral can be used for almost anything
The spiral is a very powerful and strong emitter, therefore, if the effect of the spiral is not pleasant for you, you probably do not need its help at the moment, and it is better to put it aside for now.
When you really need it, you will surely remember where you put it...
It symbolizes the alternating influence of the material world on the world of information and vice versa.
was one of the most popular symbols among the Celts.
A circle with a dot in the center became the astrological symbol of the Sun, and a circle divided into quarters and eighths became the sign of time, chance, and Fortune, thus a symbol of fate (which was also connected with the image of a spoked wheel on a gypsy wagon), and a circle divided into twelve parts became the basis of the zodiac. The astrological symbols of Venus, Mars, and Mercury also contain a circle.
has a similar meaning to a circle.
